Terms of Use

1. Who we are

This website and our games are operated by LUCID11 BİLİŞİM YAZILIM VE DANIŞMANLIK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, trading as Lucid11 Interactive ("Lucid11", "we", "us"), a game development studio registered in Türkiye at Taşpınar Mah., İsmail Gaspıralı Cad. No:69, İncek, 06830 Gölbaşı / Ankara.

2. What these Terms cover

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of:

• the website at lucid11.com and our official community channels; and
• our games, including Party Club and Party Club: Hangry Animals on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), Xbox and Nintendo Switch.

Two related documents form part of your agreement with us:

• the End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which is the software licence for our games and governs what you may and may not do with them; and
• the Privacy Policy, which explains the limited data we handle.

If these Terms of Use and the EULA ever conflict about the game software itself, the EULA prevails for that point.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your local law requires, to use the site and our games. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use them only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Purchases, online play and friend features are controlled by the parental settings of the platform you play on, and parents remain responsible for supervising their children's use of those features.

4. No account with us

We do not operate our own player accounts and we do not ask you to register with us. You sign in through the store or console you use — Steam, the Epic Games Store, Xbox or Nintendo Switch — and your relationship with that platform is governed by its own terms. You are responsible for keeping your platform account secure and for activity that takes place under it.

5. Acceptable use

When you use the site or play our games, you agree not to:

• use them for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms, the EULA or the rules of the platform you play on;
• harass, threaten or bully other players through the platform features you use to reach them, such as friend invites or party chat;
• cheat, use unauthorised software, or interfere with anti-cheat, matchmaking or security features;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to our website, game servers or the systems of our providers;
• upload or distribute viruses or other harmful code;
• scrape, copy or reuse the site's content except as allowed by section 6.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the site or to online features if you breach these Terms. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to a permanent ban. The platform holder may also apply its own sanctions under its code of conduct.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site and in our games — including text, graphics, characters, artwork, logos, music and software, and the marks "Lucid11", "Lucid11 Interactive", "Party Club" and "Hangry Animals" — is owned by Lucid11 or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit this content without our written permission.

Non-commercial video, streaming and let's-play content made from our games is welcome, provided you do not present the game as your own work and you follow the rules of the platform you publish on.

7. Feedback and community posts

Our games do not include in-game chat or tools for publishing your own content, so nothing you create inside a game is uploaded to us. If you voluntarily send us feedback or suggestions, or post on our official community channels, you grant Lucid11 a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use that material to operate, promote and improve our games. You confirm you have the rights to what you send. We may remove posts on our own channels that breach these Terms or the law.

8. Purchases and virtual items

Our games and any in-game items are sold through the store or console you play on (Steam, Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store, Nintendo eShop). That store processes your payment and applies its own payment and refund terms; we never receive your card details. Virtual currency and items are licensed for use inside the game only, have no real-world value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this section. Full licensing detail is in the EULA.

9. Third-party platforms and links

Our games and the site rely on third-party platforms and services, including Valve (Steam), Epic Games (Epic Games Store and Epic Account Services), Microsoft (Xbox), Nintendo and Photon. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. The site may also link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party platforms or websites, and visiting them is at your own risk.

10. Availability and changes to the Services

We may update, change or withdraw parts of the site or game features to keep them secure, stable and balanced, and we may suspend online services for maintenance or discontinue an online service with reasonable notice where practicable. We do not guarantee that the site or online services will always be available or uninterrupted.

11. Disclaimers

Except for the guarantees that cannot be excluded by law, the site and the games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that they will be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with every device. Use of the Services is at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence, including the Turkish Consumer Protection Act No. 6502.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lucid11 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data or loss of profit arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the games. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant game and its in-game content in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings before the competent courts or consumer bodies where you live. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the district consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where they live.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Use as our site, games and legal obligations change. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice on the site or in-game before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
