1. Who we are

LUCID11 BİLİŞİM YAZILIM VE DANIŞMANLIK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, trading as Lucid11 Interactive ("Lucid11", "we", "us"), is a game development studio registered in Türkiye and the data controller for the limited personal data described below.

Taşpınar Mah., İsmail Gaspıralı Cad. No:69, İncek, 06830 Gölbaşı / Ankara, Türkiye  ·  info@lucid11.com

2. What this Policy covers

This Policy applies to Party Club, Party Club: Hangry Animals and our other games on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), Xbox and Nintendo Switch, and to the website at lucid11.com. It forms part of our End User Licence Agreement and Terms of Service.

The short version. We do not run our own player accounts. We never ask you for your name, e-mail address, phone number or date of birth in order to play.

We do not build player profiles, we do not store player e-mail addresses, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone. The only data our games handle is the minimum needed to connect you to other players and to fix crashes.

3. Data handled when you play

3.1 Platform sign-in

You sign in through the store or console you play on — Steam, the Epic Games Store, Xbox or Nintendo Switch. That platform verifies who you are; we never see or receive your password.

To place you in a game session, the platform passes us a technical account identifier and the display name you have chosen on that platform, so that other players in the lobby can see who they are playing with. We use this only for the duration of your session and we do not keep a record of it on our own servers afterwards.

3.2 Inviting friends on the Epic Games Store

On the Epic Games Store the game uses Epic Account Services for one purpose: so that you can invite your Epic friends into a game. When you open the invite screen, the game reads your Epic friends list from Epic in order to display it to you, and sends the invitation you choose. Nothing from that list is copied to our servers, stored or reused, and we do not request your e-mail address or any other optional permission from Epic.

3.3 Online multiplayer connections

Online play is powered by Photon, a third-party multiplayer service. To connect the players in a match, Photon processes network data including your IP address and connection latency. This is technical routing data, it is handled for the duration of the session, and it is not used to identify you or build a profile.

3.4 Crash and stability reports

If the game crashes or performs badly, the platform or engine may send us a technical report containing the device model, operating system version, hardware capability and the state of the game at the moment of the failure. These reports are not linked to your identity and we use them only to fix bugs and improve performance.

3.5 What our games do not collect

4. Data handled on our website

The website works without you giving us anything. Two exceptions:

5. Why we handle this data, and on what basis

PurposeLegal basis (GDPR / KVKK)
Connecting you to a multiplayer session and showing your platform display name to the other players in itPerformance of a contract
Showing your Epic friends list so that you can send a game invitationPerformance of a contract
Fixing crashes and improving performanceLegitimate interests
Replying to messages you send usPerformance of a contract / legitimate interests
Counting website visitsConsent (cookies)
Investigating cheating or abuse reported by players or by the platformLegitimate interests

6. Who else is involved

We do not sell or share personal data for marketing. The only third parties involved are the service providers that make the game and site work, each acting under its own privacy policy:

We may also disclose data where the law, a court order or valid legal process requires it, or where it is necessary to protect the safety and rights of our players, our staff or others.

7. International transfers

We are based in Türkiye. The providers listed above operate servers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States and other regions, so the technical data described in this Policy may be processed outside your country. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or the explicit consent required by Turkish data protection law.

8. How long data is kept

Session and connection data lasts only as long as the session. Crash reports are kept in technical form for up to twelve months while we work on the fix. Website enquiries are kept until the matter is closed. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form according to our Google Analytics settings.

9. Security

Because we hold so little, the risk to you is small — but we still protect what we handle with encryption in transit, restricted access and up-to-date server configuration. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a breach ever affected personal data, we would notify the affected people and the competent authority where the law requires it.

10. Children

Our games are rated by the relevant boards for each platform and are not directed at children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets a higher age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Online multiplayer, purchases and friend features are controlled by the platform's own family and parental control settings, and we encourage parents to use them. If you believe a child's personal data has reached us, write to info@lucid11.com and we will delete it.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to ask whether we hold personal data about you, to access it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you have given. You may also complain to your data protection authority — in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

Write to info@lucid11.com and tell us which game or service your request concerns. Because we do not keep player accounts, in most cases we will have no personal data to give you, and we will say so plainly rather than asking you for more information than we need. We answer within the period the law requires (30 days under KVKK, one month under GDPR).

12. Changes to this Policy

If we add a feature that changes what we handle — for example an in-game account system, in-game chat or a newsletter — we will update this Policy before that feature goes live and publish the new effective date on this page.
